"Now that my husband and I are retired, we travel the majority of the year. We own three vacation timeshares, and as with most hotels, the quality varies with each location. We never really expect an "at-home" quality experience, seeing as to we are very particular. But with our recent stay I was so amazed at the look of the resort. It looked as though the entire lobby had a facelift. The marble floors looked like new. At times, some of the units we've been in have slight stains in the carpet that aren't always able to be completely removed or some type of imperfection that may cause us to ask for a different unit. We checked in and had gotten the same corner unit from the spring and the room was remarkable. The carpet had not been changed since our last stay but it was definitely cared for. The staff was so accommodating and a few of my interactions were with supervisors just making their rounds. I asked the manager if they did a lot of hiring and I was surprised to know they were contracting out. I hope the other timeshares catch on because this was one of the most pleasant stays we've had since becoming owners."
